Delivery Timelines

Every order is prepared and dispatched with the utmost care. Typical timelines are:

• Massage Chairs, Saunas & Cold Plunges: Shipped within 8–12 business days.

• Customized or Bundled Recovery Suites: Shipped within 12–18 business days.

At checkout, you will receive an estimated delivery window tailored to your order and location. Timelines may vary depending on stock availability and destination.

White-Glove Delivery Service

Due to the size and weight of select products, we partner with specialized freight carriers to ensure safe, stress-free delivery. Our White-Glove Service includes:

• Scheduled Appointment: The carrier will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date and time.

• Room-of-Choice Delivery: Your order is placed exactly where you want it—whether that’s a living room, wellness space, backyard, or garage.

• Unpacking & Inspection: The delivery team will unpack your product, remove packaging debris, and give you the opportunity to inspect your new equipment immediately.

Real-Time Tracking

Once your order leaves our facility, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a real-time tracking link. For freight shipments, the link will display progress until your local delivery hub, at which point the carrier will call to finalize delivery.
